How long does it take to receive the order?

Almost instantly as soon as the payment is processed successful. The Product Key along with other details and official download link will be emailed over. For some reason if your order is delayed, please contact us

Will I have access to the latest updates and upgrades?

Your system will run fully operational and will have complete access to any updates as and when they are released​

How are you able to sell the software so cheap?

We work directly with legit distributors, VAR’s and Brands to purchase these licenses in large volumes, which fetches us the lowest rate possible. Because we save on costs, we want to ensure our valued customers save too. We also have minimal overheads such as no storefront, operation costs etc.

Can I buy one licensed software and install on multiple computers?

OEM and Retail Product software licenses are designed to install and activate on one computer only, unless specified otherwise​

Is this a genuine license?

All our products are 100% genuine licenses and purchased from official registered Distributors and VAR’s ​

What if the License Doesn't Work?

It is very unlikely that the License won’t work, but in the event a license key isn’t working, we will issue another license immediately. To ensure top notch quality the key is first activated with the Brand and then shared with you – there is no chance of it not working. This is full proof activation process which doesn’t fail. So be rest assured the key provided will work 100%

What is a Digital Download?

A digital download is an electronically delivered product, giving you access to download and use your new software immediately. This means that a physical CD or DVD disc is not included in your purchase. The software install program is downloaded through cloud-based storage.

What kind of payment options are available

32 or 64bit which download is best for my computer?

We always recommend checking your system before downloading the 32 or 64Bit file. You can generally find this out by following these simple steps

For windows vista, 7 or 8:

Choose Start > Control Panel

If the Control Panel is in a category view, then click System And Maintenance. On the next screen, click System

Look for 32-bit Operating System or 64-bit Operating System next to System Type

For windows 10 OS:

Select the Start button > Settings > System > About

Under Device specifications > System type, see if you’re running a 32-bit or 64-bit version of Windows
